I will retain your personal data for no longer than 3 years from the date of your initial enquiry, unless you become a client, in which case I will retain relevant data for the duration of our working relationship and for up to 6 years thereafter in line with Irish legal requirements.

If you do not wish us to retain your data, you can request deletion at any time (see Section 6).

I do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data may be processed by the following third-party services that I use to operate my website and communications:

• Netlify — website hosting
• Formspree — contact form processing and delivery (submissions are transmitted through Formspree to reach me by email)
• Google Workspace — email communication

Both services are GDPR-compliant and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Under GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
